The “Walk and Talk” method is a form of eco-psychotherapy that harnesses the healing power of nature. The “blue health component”,  a core concept for Stoked on Life, suggests that being near, in, on, or under water can promote positive mental health outcomes. This is not just a walk, but a mindful journey where you can feel more connected to your mind and body, manage stress and anxiety, and gain a fresh perspective on life’s challenges.

What's the difference between "Coaching" and "Therapy"?
